Dear Friends,

Thank you for your interest in the Governor Mifflin Music Association Annual Holiday Craft Show for 2026. IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR 2026: With construction happening across the Governor Mifflin campus, the Craft Show was moved one week later to ensure Governor Mifflin Intermediate School will be ready for us – the date is Saturday, November 21, 2026.

Changes for this year:

·     More spaces in the gym!

·     Better notation of which spaces have wing space and/or electricity.

·      A select number of premiere spaces available in lobby areas

Details:

·     DATE & Time: Saturday, November 21, 2026 | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

·     Location: Governor Mifflin Intermediate School, 600 Governor Dr., Shillington, PA 19607

·     Vendor Setup: Friday, November 20 (5-8 PM), or Saturday, November 21 (7-9 AM)

·     Cost: $30/Space (includes two chairs) | $5 Table Rental Fee (if needed)

·     $50/Premiere Space (includes table and chairs) *marked in pink on layout

o   Premiere Spaces MUST be purchased through the Zeffy link noted before. Check payments are not accepted for these spaces.

·     Space Size vary by location: Hallways & Lobby are 10x4 Feet | Cafeteria & Gym are 8x6 Feet, with some 10x5 Feet spaces available

·     Craft Show Reminders – ONLY handmade items may be sold, and no baked goods

·     Credit card payments accepted at https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/2026-gmma-craft-show

·     Mail payment to Keri Shultz, 21 Rosemary Dr., Sinking Spring, PA 19608

·     New layout guides are attached (these are not to scale, click here Layout Guide), and repeat vendors are welcome to select preferred spaces or areas (available on a first come, first serve basis).

·     After October 1, requests for specific spaces may not be guaranteed.

What Vendors Can Expect from GMMA:

·     Social media advertising & new signage noting new location

·     Student volunteers to help vendors unload and load items

·      Food to be provided by GMMA for purchase throughout the show
