Welcome to GMMA
The Governor Mifflin Music Association is a registered non-profit
organization supporting the Governor Mifflin School District's extensive
music program. Our goal is to ensure the Governor Mifflin music
program continues to be one of the nations best!
Calling all Governor Mifflin School District Alumni! We are looking for alumni
to come back and participate in a concert to help us celebrate the 60th Anniversary
of the Governor Mifflin Music Association. This concert will serve as both a
benefit and a celebration for everything this wonderful organization has done for
the music department in the Governor Mifflin School District! The concert will be Saturday,
January 5, 2013 with a rehearsal in the evening on Friday, January 4 and the morning/early afternoon of January 5, 2013. Click here to register if you are interested in paticipating.

- GMMA provides financial support and volunteer manpower to the
music programs in all of Governor Mifflin Schools.
- Each Year our contributions are used to purchase instruments,
staging, uniforms, equipment, and much more.
- Participation
- Your participation in the Governor Mifflin Music Association
will benefit your child's musical career and is vital to the
program's success.

- Our music programs include Music Appreciation, Instrument
Instruction, Chorus, Concert Choir, Show Choir, Ambassadors, New
Arrangement, Governors & First Ladies, Orchestra, Marching Band,
Concert Band, & Statesman Jazz Band.

- Fundraising
- We have two major fundraisers each year. These include
our citrus sale in October & November and the Holiday Bazaar in
November. Click on the fundraising page for details on
these and other fundraising activities. We have music sprit wear available! See Fundraisers side tab on the right for available spirit wear and order form.
- Reading Royals Game Fundraiser - Come out and see the Governor Mifflin Middle School Show Choir perform the national anthem and see a great Reading Royals Hockey Game. A portion of the proceeds from the ticket sales benefits the Governor Mifflin Music Association. To order tickets click here.
